Last man standing

Hi everybody..
Just realised today that it has been more than a month since i last posted stuff on ma blog...
its amazing how time flies..
Was just flippin thru sum peeps blogs and thot to write a lil sumthn today.
To the average person, election time is when the irresponsible local government chairman starts to patch a damaged road, or wen aspirants start to make empty promises,..

Looking around, we see results of promises unkept starting from the highest authority to even the lowest cadre.
was watching a gubernatorial debate some days back, and instead of most of those aspirants to explain to the acerage man what his government will do, bogus words which mean nothing to a man whose only concern is to feed his family, were used!!..

we even see incumbent officials trying to put into office their own people, whearas in a democratic environment, its not supposed to be so..
why would they want their own candidates there? to cover their asses of course!! which of them can boast of not being corrupt?.

i look forward to a time where the average man can refuse bribe because everytime its accepted, it simply means someone else has bought another person.

Integrity lies not in eye service, but especially when there's nobody there, what will you tolerate?.

In a country where the qualified roam the streets and the unqualified are given preference simply because of "interests"..

Let all those who have sold their destinies for a face cap and tshirt think twice, because someday they also will b parents and would see their wards choose their paths as well..
but there's hope for a set of people who will refuse to be corrupted by the "kings" and "princes" of thses times.. those people will stand for what they believe in and guess what?. THEY WILL BE THE LAST MEN STANDING!!!..

are u feeling discouraged? dont worry, just continue to dream and also work hard!!.. people say the patient dog gets no bone at all, but the truth is that for everyman opportunity will have to meet preparation for him to move to the next level..

so keep preparing, the opportunity is on its way..

before i forget, my "baiday" is 26th, so i'm expecting my gifts o!!, send all d gifts to my P.A Omohemi Benson..

Hi everyone and welcome to the aytwin karaoke dance party of the month!!
how was the valetide period?..
well for me.. i wasnt really goin to b a participant, i had already sent my lovie messages to "friends"..
just thot to share sum messages i got with y'all.
"there might not b any babe to share today with, but knowing a guy like u has my back counts a lot.
happy vals day"..
that was from one dude like that.. a very gud friend of mine.
...lets fast forward a lil.. sum1 else sent me credit, now i'd been moaning about being broke and all.. but sum1 sent me credit, another friend got me this verey inspirational book and came over to even share sum time with me..
so on the whole my vals day wasnt bad at all..
i especially thot it'd b a drag what with no one to coo into her ears..., and was looking forward to a quiet night probably watch a movie or two and do some reading, and then go to bed.
but the day was so special cos some pple decided to just make it count for me..
so here's to that especially special person and also consistent friend, who has stood beside me thru thick and thin
nows not the time to share the stories, but eveentually,...
so valentine has come and gone, but that dont mean the season of lkove is over, try show some love especially to those who cannot reciprocate the love..
thats what loving is about, and thats what impoact making is about...

walking down the AISLE

Hi everyone!!.
..i just got back from where i went to do some clearance..
what was sposed to take me like 3 hours max, took like sum 7 hours or more.
not like i am complaining, cos i had a field day with the chicks there!!. there are chichs and there are CHICKS!!!. saw sum chicks that wuld make halle berry (i have a crush on her o!!) green with envy, and all their hips were saying was truth and nothing but the truth..no lies.
i was tellin a friend of mine how that another friend of ours with whom i recently interacted with online now had a baby boy, and he asked me wen i'd b walking d aisle.. hmn!!..
that i better go hook a chick and walk..
folks u know sum walks dont end?. marriage is one of such..i cracked for a while about the topic and later got thinkin'.
y is it that the happiest days for so many couple is just the wedding day, and later on soooo many of them regret signing some documents? well me i think that one of the first things that wuld make me make up my mind about some girl is the fact that we are very compatible in !@#$ ( haba!! i wanted to say in our conversational skills..)
on a more serious note, we gotta enjoy conversing with each other, cos wen the attraction fades, the conversational skills will matter a lot..
and that person will have to just actually be my friend. what do i mean? u culd b with sum1 in a relationship, and realise that u are not actually very free with that person. trust me!!
apart from all that, d person might look like halle berry.. did i say might? i meant will have to look like halle berry..that girl fine, she know she fine.
and she'd better have hips i can forget my arms around!!, with a face like whoa!!.
so all females who kinda fit into this category shld come for auditioning on saturday, tell ur folks u are going for halle berrycan idol, and the winner goes home with the judge...ME!!!
...just kiddin(except the halle berry part). i kinda think marriage is a very serious issue and based on that, i think peeps shld really consider, u cant afford to b careless about a future decision u know?..
and life has no reset button, only god makes the difference. i'd rather hear what He has to say about ma life than play roulette with it.

ma first lip contact

for the purposes of those who are underaged, i'll say lip contact..
must ave been like sum 8 or 9 years ago!!!. (ave i made anymore lip contacts since then? kall me to find out!!).
i was in secondary school, final year then..there was this gal i was dating then and we were in d same class, twas even close to d end of d third term and our valedictory service imminent.
now days b4 then, there was this feelin of impending loss..as that culd only b d explanation for a lot of "mismatched" couples in school then..(all conditions were lowered, and even d so called "cream" chicks were dating the "razzmattazfratazzgratazz" (oops!! got carried away!!) of d class.
of course i wasnt among the "razz..".hmn!! i b cream boy o!! ( if i advertise myself, who can vex, if u vex, go and create ur own blog!!).
anyway, here comes this chick that v known since like ages ago and she is apologising for a "wrong" she did like sum 3 years earlier!!.
i culd b very playful, so i acted like i remembered the "wrong".(till date i still cant figure it out), and tell her that she wld ave to make it up to me apologisn everyday,till we leave school..
well she sends me this note to say that she's at my beck and call or sumthn like that.
b4 we cld say "ofada rice".. we bcame an item..close, she even got flogged on my behalf once..
lemme tell u about that one..
the day we did technical drawing ( i hate that course), i was really depressed, as i didnt really feel d paper, so after d paper, i go lounge at the boys hostel..and she came lookin for me there..
she did the empathic lover bit and i was really feelin cool,until i heard d thunderous voice of the proprietress in d hostel..
sharply i started snoring, making sounds like a broken record..she cldnt run anywhere and d proprietress met her there, and instantly dished out custom-made slaps that wuld drive u upside down if properly landed, folks it is with great shame that i tell u that i merely intensified my snoring, b4 i became the next target of a physical assault..
i just heard sounds that i doubted culd ever come from my "cream" babe..
i guess d cream was turned into "s'cream..anoda type of cream by the way
...so even after that public display of "affection", we bcame closer..
finally grad. day came, i carted loads of prizes, and then we (me and her of course!!) went upstairs to an empty classroom, by this time.. i was as jittery as a cornered rat (did i mention that prior to that i had boasted to her that my kisses culd make a lady swoon).
so we get there, and i almost told her to say this prayer point (lord!! this step we are about to take..) and she is obviously expectant, and i am obviously sweating!!, so i tell her to "bring her lips"..she burst into laughter, and told me to b serious!!.
to cut d story short, i ehm!!. made lip contact, and did she swoon? well its more like did i swoon!!.
we went back downstairs and i puffed out my chest feelin on top of the milky way!!.
...we all got such xperiences, and it depends on what it triggers wen u remember it, i know ow i laff wen i remember this one, but blive it or not i'm better for it.
